Non-practising Members would have fulfilled all the requirements of a provisional member and additionally must satisfy the following criteria:

• Acquired relevant work experience
• Attended and passed the Pre-Admission Course conducted by ICPAS, and
• Attained proficiency in local laws (including those relating to companies and taxation)
